Generally a 3.5 Star experience but they carry Pizza Pockets in their freezer section so that gets them the extra half star!
For years I was a single mom. For a growing family, and a limited budget you need to be able to have less expensive options, but not necessarily cheaper quality, otherwise you're rebuying items before they grow out of them. Zellers always gave me those options for the kids from underwear to outerwear. And shoes. Housewear, toys, electronics, groceries and a Restaurant!
Ultimately you are going to have an experience where you go to Zellers and not find a single thing that you want or need on that day. It happens. But most of the time, you will go in and find what you want and at a really great price. Recently there have been some great sales on womens wear with additional markdowns on items already on sale.
And don't forget the Pizza Pockets. mmmmm! -

Shopping at Zellers @ Brentwood mall can be a very frustrating experience. If your looking for something or a price you either have to hunt for an employee or risk the self price checker ( which is sometimes wrong ) after doing all that you get to the checkout and the line up is always long and the cashier then wants to sign you up for HBC credit card!!! If you want service and better prices goto Sears instead!

I have a new found love for this department store. So they didn't have the leggings I wanted for my cheerleading uniform, but they did have clothing dye! And with that royal blue clothing dye, I also ended up getting some more Olympic gear, 4 basic long sleeve t's that can be worn under any sweater with short sleeves for only $8 each, 2 sweater tunics in gorgeous colours for only $15 each, and pajamas at 30% off! On top of all of that, BMO gave me an SPC discount card which Zellers takes, so I get an additional 10% off everything.
Oh, and I can stop in and get some quick groceries if I need to.
Considering how close this is to my house and on my route to and from school, I give this Zellers 5 stars.Listed in: Daaaaaammmmmmnnn Cheeeeeep!

One of those places where the staff is actually pretty helpful in finding what you are looking for, or they just give you a 'raincheck' ticket to come back to get the stuff you can't at the price they advertised in the flyer. This Zellers has an older staff, and you don't really have to ask, and they have always been good at just helping out. Sometimes this store can get a little disorganized, but they try their hardest to accomodate. They also usually have things in stock compared to their Metrotown counterpart.
Also another place to shop when you are at Brentwood, and better to go for their so-called midnight madness sales here, as the other stores are at way busier malls! -

Gotta love a place you can go to pickup (inexpensively) a replacement set if shades for under $30. Course generally your on your own for locating what you seek (sales staff???)
