I'm updating my listing, as the last half dozen pizzas have been SO GOOD!!!
My new fave is the 'sweet glide' with good-sized succulent shrimp, brie, pear, pecans, and proscuitto.
My husband still gets our old stand-by: California Caprese, but with grilled chicken added to it.
We make sure to ask in particular that the crust not be blackened, as that's the way we like it, and the last half-dozen times, they have not disappointed! Much appreciated.
We also usually get a couple spinach salads to go with the pizza. A great weekend dinner!1 Previous Review: Show all »

Have been awaiting the opening of this pizzarria. Sprouting in the original location of the popular The Works burger joint and The Fraser Cafe. This new venture takes a page from the same creative minds that brought a fresh new outlook to the burger. ZaZaZa takes the same twist with Pizza. Along with creative input from the Fraser's of Fraser's Cafe. The tiny interior has been re-designed and transformed from the Industrial motif that The Works had put in place. Vibriant colours and funky artwork contrasting with the crisp black and white of the servers and pizza chefs.
The menu has a wide variety of palette tempting combinations that you wont be likely to see at other pizza establishments. The old familiar toppings are there too of course but ZaZaZa tends to raise the bar by the addition of fresh herbs, or caramelized Onion.
The Cheeses are tasty and a good variety are offered in different ways.
The toppings are top notch. Even the Pepperoni on our kids pizza was of a better quality than the standard fair.
Each pizza comes in 10" or 16" inch sizes. There are a small number of appetizers and desserts on the menu as well.

Excellent gourmet pizza, good service, but the place is pretty cozy so you may not want to go with too big of a group. Nice patio.

Very good pizzas with a great combination of flavours, some made from non-traditional toppings. Thin crust, good ingredients and a cozy atmosphere. Go for the sweet potato cross cut fries.
