Another noodle house in Central Richmond area. It's pretty good of the fish base soup with noodles, beef brisket and squid ball toppings combo with hot coffee for $7.50.
It also have a lot of snacks selection, such as rice roll with peanuts butter and sweet seafood sauce, Japanese style squid balls, deep fried chicken wings. -

This place is sooo disappointing...
Came up to Richmond with the intention of eating those tornado potato thingy. Was planning to head to Night Market, but my uncle said that this place sells it now and is more comfortable to chat over. (Since we came to visit family, chatting is a priority.) Saw the pretty poster of the tornado potato, and was really excited. Then I saw on their menu that they had this HK Desert that is like a little tub of bean sugar cake, and I was MORE excited. My aunt and uncle wanted to order milk shake.
Waitress came, and told me their tornado potato machine broke. And they never sold the little tub of sugar cake that is on their menu. WTH? Making it worse, they didn't have any milk shake. So they basically have nothing. Whats the point of having such a big menu, if you don't have the items?
