I should have just drove by this place and went into Michaels...problem was my kid needed to build a diorama for a school project and I didn't think that Michaels would be the most cost effective way of doing that. WRONG!
This store has so much crap piled on top of everything you feel like you are on an episode of hoarders! Things are not organized and all the garbage they sell is not a dollar! Actually you are better off going next door to Michaels or Superstore and at least not be followed or watched as the staff who attempt to busy themselves in the isle that you happen to be in too
NOTE TO OWNER, if I was going to steal anything, it wouldn't be from your piece of crap establishment. You need to take a shower after you leave this place because as you can imagine, it can't be cleaned with crap EVERYWHERE. I AM SORRY, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A MILLION ITEMS TO SELL DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO BUY MORE!
Here are some examples of what I saw that really irked me:
Kids Halloween Costumes, selling for MORE THAN COSTCO! I purchased an identical fairy costume for my niece from Superstore for $15.00, here it was $24, and still for sale.
Vases and items of that nature; I saw one ceramic vase for what Homesense would sell it ($30)
Pack of kids grab bag animals $5.00 (Dollarama has these identical bags for $1.25)
Any licensed Disney party favour; upwards of $5.00 per item, Superstore and Wal-Mart have them for about $3.00 and Dollarama had them too, $2.00 there)
Kettle, $15.00- Identical one at Wal-Mart, runs you about$10.00
I could go on but do I need to? You can't get your money back here either folks!
Rude staff, dirty store, crap everywhere and I actually saw her talking on the phone in her language while checking a customer out! THAT IS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I EVER SAW IT!
Go anywhere else and save yourself the headache and a couple of bucks. This is no dollar store!
