I've had two daughters go through the program over the last couple of years. My only issue is with bookings. The drivers are good and the in-class course is excellent, but trying to get through to scheduling is a huge issue for me. We just gave up after my daughter was on hold for 12 minutes, using her cell phone. You'd think that when high school gets out and you've got more kids than usual trying to book a lesson wouldn't be a great time to update your system forcing shut downs every morning and lengthening your queue. Extremely quick response when they are selling you the package, but poor followup when you try to get your car time in. I'm not impressed.

The only good thing I can say is that the schedulers are friendly and they play nice calming piano music when you are on hold. The must know their bureaucracy makes anyone want to stab their eyeballs out.
