No, I was not a patient... actually, I came here to pick up a friend.
The dentist was really nice and overall very friendly. My friend who has four wisdom teeth removed seemed happy with her services despite just undergone surgery.
Also, the secretary was nice too and generally helpful. And I found the decor soothing and waiting couches are all so comfortable. Secretary also helped me get the prescription from the dentist to get the prescription earlier, but I failed. Make sure to get the right insurance information first before your friend goes into surgery. :p
After service:
They called a cab for us and the dentist walked us down and wheeled my friend to the cab in a wheelchair. :D
