Tried this place on a recommendation. It was amazing. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and an egg roll. The regular size was more than filling. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The egg roll was tasteful and crunchy.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and our order was taken. Within 10 mins our food was in front of us.
The restaurant is a small one but maximized seating area is a plus. Not a noisy restaurant by any means. I'll definitely be back to try the other dishesHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Daniel W.Mesa, United States378178234Nov 10, 2023
This place has been here forever. I remember coming here in high-school and they are still busy. So that's a good sign. Loved how they updated their menu board and even the combo deals. Would say their chicken stir fry was a little too saucy and not enough rice, but I shouldn't complain as most restaurants now cut back on proteins.
Always a favorite, I'd highly recommend adding this favorite to your routine takeout.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gio Z.Phoenix, United States02Mar 27, 2024
Good food, crispy, hot and fresh. When ordering for pickup, it is very fast. When ordering for delivery , it is also very fast.
Favorites are the combo meals, so much food! When dining in, simple decor, small but cozy space. Always a favorite.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Keanu B.Santa Fe, United States1241Jan 5, 2024
Started working in the area and I'm super strict with my diet so whenever I need something healthy and pretty cheap I always get their chicken teriyaki bowl. It's always consistent, ready in 10 minutes, and tons of protein with rice. The lady is always very friendly in the front as well. Would definitely recommend

I've past by here quite a bit during my college days and didn't really know about this place.
Well back in the area for a while and wanted to see what kind of places people were recommending in the area.
Ive been to Japan lived there, been all over asian. I'll tell you this, it is NOT japanese food at all. They may have 1 or 2 items (yakisoba) that you may find in Japan or Japanese restaurants but these are more American style "asian" fast food more toward Chinese style.
Got a combo C to try a few things at this sitting.
House chicken is basically chopped up grilled chicken in a "chop suey" style stir fry with cabbage slivers of cabbage mushroom and broccoli. Tossed in a heavy soy type sauce. Imo was very salty and didn't finish it. I do not like wasting food and try to take things home etc but actually left the rest behind.
2nd item in the combo is Kaum Poong Kee. I've never heard of this dish before so really wanted to try this. Thick heavy tempura style batter chicken tossed in a sweet slightly spicy soy sauce. It was very heavy and the sauce was too much for me. I left a few pieces behind as well. Was super crunchy and freshly fried however.
Overall was just too much salt for me. Maybe a simple teri chicken bowl would be better options here.
If this is what you been going to for years more power to you and thank you for supporting small businesses but not for me sorry.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jackie B.Bloomington, United States01620Jun 29, 2023
We love this place!! We always order their family meal combo which is 3 entree's plus either a choice of crab angels or 3 egg rolls. We get 1 chicken yakisoba & two green pepper beef's with crab angels and we add a couple eggs rolls as well. The meal is a nice size and comes with a plate of white rice. We love coming here. The staff is very nice!!

First place I ever tried sushi as a kid. I rode my bike there when I was 12 or 13 and broke out of my culinary closet. And baby I was born that way, good by whopper and fries hello California rolls and the best beef yakisoba I have ever had on this content or that one a little east of us. The beef is perfect, sauce is great, soft glistening noodles paired with perfectly julienned veggies over the best sushi rice. Now on to the special treat, Crab angels and the sauce is way better than any place that calls them rangoons. Quit reading my lame review and go there now, you need this.

I've been going here since forever. The food is good, fresh and hot. No warming up leftovers. All made fresh for you when you're there. Service is fast and friendly. Always clean. You can eat outside in a shaded area. Inside has two rooms you can choose to eat in. They also have tv if you like that while you're eating.

I'm not sure how to describe this place because it's kinda Japanese Chinese. All I know is this place is awesome. Their house chicken is what I generally order and it's awesome.
