Came here for a low key celebration fro my friend's birthday. First thing I noticed was that it's not a packed place and the crowd is older. I'd say we were the youngest there for my friends 24th. I thought it had a nice homey feel and the bartenders were so nice and knew the drinks. Food is decent bar food and prices are not terrible either. Service wasn't as bad as others have said but then again, we weren't really paying close attention to it. Definitely a cute neighborhood place to relax with friends.

Originally Coopers Ale House, I freakin love this place. Only come here really on Sundays to my Fav Bartender Yvonna. Pretty simple irish bar. drinks are made with love and the staff is real nice. Food is delicious! Burgers are Huge and juicy, I love their wings during football season, 35 cents a wing with any sauce (chipotle is the best). They have lots of beer and a full bar of liquor to choose from, Always have great service and great food. O and I cant complain about all the TVs they have hooked up, U never miss a play!

The service was good but the food was terrible. Me and 2 other friends of mine ordered wings, a turkey burger and quesadillas. All 3 were the worst we every had. You can taste the cheap ingredients. How hard is it to make those 3 items using descent ingredients?

Went here on a rainy Saturday night. It was pretty quiet and the environment was ok. It began to pick up the later it got. I didn't have anything to eat but the beer on tap was pretty good.
I'd go again if I really have nothing else going on and just want a relaxed place to sit back and relax. -

I been to Yer Man's twice for NFL sunday. It's a pretty decent pub in Queens. The food here was decent and the service wasn't bad at all. I came here with my friend and his Uncle who's a regular there so we had a pretty great rockin time.
Food - They had wing specials when I went. I must of ate at least 30 every time I went. I plan on going back to test out their burgers and have a updated review on this place.
Drinks - I didn't pay close attention last time. We were all drinking cheap beers and were too into the game. I'll have a update on that ASAP for you guys.
Ambiance - Decent looking wood interior. A few big screens and several LCD screens. I believe there's open mic night and stuff which is cool. Parking isn't too hard around here. I just hate their awning, I think it looks cheap and ugly as hell.
Service - Pretty good I would say. The waitress was very friendly while taking and serving our orders.
Verdict - When I went, there use to be a older crowd and from what I've been hearing lately is that the crowd is a lot younger now. I'm only assuming that this place might get a little rowdy at times but I gotta go see for myself before I make any further judgments.

I'm sure the bar isnt all that bad,but it just isnt for me.
Ive been here on a wednesday night had a pretty decent night because it was empty and very intimate to haev a few drinks with friends..
I returned two weeks ago on a saturday night and it was packed to capactity..It was a young crowd 18-25.Mostly caucassian, country and rock type of music playing.A fight broke out outside ,security didnt do much.
Just too wild for me... -

Great Burgers. Made to order and gigantic!! Come here with a healthy appetite.
Skip the irish nachos. I recommend the wings & burgers.
you may sit anywhere you'd like when you arrive and get a drink as you wait for your food.

This used to be Cooper's Ale House. I've never been to Cooper's, but I've been to Yer Man's when it was located in Kew Gardens (where the Kew Club now exists), and the crowd was much more interesting (if you like flight personnel) at the old Yer Man's than the crowd at the current Yer Man's -- the current Yer Man's has a crowd of rowdy neighborhood kids, for the most part.
However, it's not an awful place. The food is good (I love their shepherds pie!) and the price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly. They have a band on Fridays, a DJ on Saturdays (and special days like New Year's Eve and St. Paddy's Day) and karaoke on Sundays and Tuesdays.
This place is okay, but I miss the old Yer Man's. -

The Bison Burger and french fries were winners !! Wings are ok, on the small side though. $10 pitchers of Bud Ice. Has Spaten and Guinness on tap.

Originally called Coopers and was the bar for the show The King of Queens. Been coming here for many years now. Part pub in the front with cover bands and the back is the restaurant. The food was a lot better when it was Coopers. Although Yer Man's Irish Pub seems to finally found a cook that is decent. Plus the restaurant part(the back) seems to have had a renovation and is not as dark. Standard bar food fried everything, sandwiches, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Food is reasonably priced and service is fine. Though when they are not very crowded the service still tries to kick out patrons.

Watched part of a Giants game here About 5 guys in jerseys. Not overly friendly clientele or bartender. Spaten is better than Hometown, which is virtually tasteless beer. The place has a boozy smell to it. There was one lone drinker, always a sad sight. It's dark.

One of the bartender's at this establishment is anti-semitic. People from my theater community recently experienced being thrown out for being Jewish. It's 2010, not 1944. That is just hurtful and unacceptable behavior!

This is not the place for me. No Blue Moons and the wings were microscopic in size and taste.

It was better when it was Coopers. Tues nights used to be packed. Now its kept dark, buybacks once evey 3 years, wait staff is a litttle stuffy, and STOP tryin to put a 5 piece band in the same limited space josie and the pussycats had
