Like many working folks, yard maintenance is not high on my list during the summer months. Id rather be out on the weekends than following my lawn mower.
Thats where Yardworx came in for me.
I found then online through http://YellowPages.ca, and they have been a worthwhile investment for me from the first interaction.
The reasons are:
1. They treat their company as a business. There are many folks in the yellow pages that are simply people who put a shingle out. Many were out of business. Yardworx had someone who picks up the phone when you call, a web presence, and all of their billing and appointments can be managed online.
2. They are reliable. They have never missed an appointment. I had them every two weeks this summer, and they simply showed up. Every time.
3. They are customer service focused. They contact me to offer relevant additional services.
4. They are competitive. They take care of my lawn, front and back for a competitive rate.
Yardworx also offers snow removal, so i am considering them again for the winter.
