I purchased a discount voucher from Social Shopper for this spa. It was for a full body scrub plus a choice of a 30 minute massage, facial or reflexology.
I didn't really know what to expect. The facility wasn't super fancy, but it was clean and the girl at the front desk (Coco) was friendly.
I was shown into a room by the esthetician (Jenny) and instructed to change. She also asked if I wanted to upgrade the scrub to a sugar scrub, I declined as I was fine with the scrub she was going to use.
From this point on, all I can say is I was in spa heaven. The scrub was fantastic and my skin was so soft with a tantalizing scent. The massage was a bit hard, I couldn't believe this little girl could pummel out my shoulder and neck ache, but she did!
I was so relaxed a the end of my session that I could've gone to sleep in one of their chairs in the front reception.
I will definitely be coming back, and I love their hours as they're open late great for after work relaxation. -

Went here today for my second time. I don't remember much from the first time other than it was okay.
My appoint for myself and my friend was for 12:15. We arrived at 12 (which was the time they advised me they opened) and no one was there. At about 12:08 someone arrived to let us in. We each had a voucher for a 45 minute body exfoliate and 30 minute massage.
Main points - they try to up sell you like crazy, the 45 minute body exfoliate wasn't really 45 minutes (more like 35 minutes) and the 30 minute massage was only 24 minutes ( I had my phone with me the whole time to check). We had to pay $5.00 extra to get a sugar scrub for the exfoliate as compared to a cream that was included (cream exfoliates?), the shower I used to wash was dirty (eww), and overall the workers were sort of unprofessional.
I don't have any more vouchers to this place - good thing. I probably won't go here again and I don't think you should if you're going to pay full price. -

I had purchased a Social Shopper voucher for a body scrub and a facial. While they try to upsell you like crazy (before, during and after your session), both treatments were excellent. I passed on the $5 upgrade to a "sugar" scrub and was really happy with the cream scrub that was used. My skin felt incredibly smooth and moisturized after the full body exfoliation. The facial was also very good, and I upgraded by paying $18 to have extrations. While $18 seems high for a few blackheads to be squeezed out, overall the experience was good and I would go back.

I also bought a voucher from a group buying site. It was a great deal for a 30 min body scrub and 30 min facial. I was greeted promptly and brought to the room in a reasonable few minutes after registration. The receptionist asked if I had any concerns, or wanted anything special. I asked for full extraction of blackheads, which I had to pay extra for, but they told me in advance.
They had hair ties and disposable underwear for me, which was great. Another spa I went to, had no such things (nor a shower) and I went home with went underwear on public transit. These small things count! The masseuse asked about the pressure and adjusted accordingly. The room was modern and clean and the lights were dim with relaxing music.
I was then wrapped up, given slippers and brought to the shower room and rinsed off everything. I went back for a relaxing facial.
It was a lovely visit and I was offered the same deal on the way out. Although I recognize these as sales efforts, I didn't mind and knew they had a job to do too. I buy off the group buying sites to stay within budget. -

I would say this place is just ok.
The facilities were pretty good. Like everyone else has mentioned, don't expect Spa Utopia, but the surroundings were calm and cool. I also had a voucher and the lady at the front tried to sell me a couple of times. But politely saying that you'll decide later was accepted and she didn't push after that. The packages that they sell seem like a good deal. My body exfoliation and massage were just ok. Wouldn't pay full price for it. -

I bought a teambuy coupon for a 30 min massage and 30 min facial. And then I checked Yelp. Lord, did I have a panic attack reading these reviews!
But after going this past weekend, I have no clue what everyone is complaining about. Did we even go to the same spa??
Yes, I agree its not the fanciest place, but come on, were you expecting Spa Utopia with a deal like that? I really could care less about what kind of soap dispensers they used as this has no effect on my quality of life. Or that maybe the paint job wasn't that great. Or the clothes my spa worker wore. If this matters to you, well then good luck with life, I'm sure nothing ever makes you happy.
Now on to my experience. When I showed up I was greeted promptly, and led into my treatment room. The room was dimly lit (perfect for a massage) and the music was typical spa music.
My lovely spa worker came in, we discussed the massage and facial. She was attentive to the fact that I had a bad shoulder. The massage was great.
Moving on to the facial, when I booked it they had told me that extractions were extra, but I did not need them done so it didn't matter. She did a lovely face massage, the hot towels were my favourite part. And I noticed a difference when I left, my face was definitely glowing.
When I was finished I only had to pay for the taxes and tip which came to $10. For reals. How great is that? -

I bought a spa package (from a discount site) for this place not really knowing what to expect, as there were no reviews at the time of my purchase. But for the money, I thought, "how could I go wrong?" I'm really glad I bought it!
When I walked in, I was a little surprised at the simplicity of the decor (for a spa) but I was greeted warmly and offered a glass of water. I was a few minutes early, so I waited until they were ready for me.
When I entered the treatment room, I was surprised to see 2 massage tables and thought I should mention this because I know many people like to go for couples' massages. This would be a great spot for that. The room was fairly large and had somewhere for me to leave my clothes and hang up my coat. The masseuse handed me a pair of disposable panties (nice touch) and left me to get settled in for my exfoliation treatment. The linens on the massage table were soft and smelled wonderful. It's amazing how little touches like this really make the experience that much better.
The treatment started and within about 2 minutes, I was in heaven. The sea-salt scrub they use is fantastic. The girl who was doing my treatments (Miho) was incredible. She used just the right amount of pressure and I couldn't have been in better hands. After the exfoliation, she instructed me to don the robe & slippers and head to the shower. My next treatment was a 30-min massage (I upgraded to 60 min for an additional $30) and then I had a facial and paraffin hand treatment.
This girl really knew what she was doing! I've had RMT treatments that were nowhere near as good as this one. Perfect pressure, glorious orange-scented oil and pure bliss & relaxation. Wow. I can't say enough about this girl. The paraffin wax was almost too hot, but you get used to it once it hardens up around your hands. The facial left my face feeling so incredibly smooth and silky. I left that room feeling like a million bucks!
The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is due to the somewhat archaic front desk situation. They don't have any brochures describing their services and pricing - the girl just had prices written on a piece of paper to show me. They do have a package deal, where if you buy a certain number of massages, you get one free. Not a bad deal at all. I'm a little too stingy with my 5-star ratings, because when I do find a place that really blows me away, that's where I give out 5 stars. In any case, this place is really a cut above so many other spas out there and I will most definitely go back. Very highly recommended. -

My boyfriend and I went to get spa treatment done on Tuesday late afternoon as we bought coupons for facial and a choice of body wrap or foot massage. I chose the body wrap and my bf chose the foot massage. I got there a little bit late so my bf started off with a foot soak before I got there. The décor was very minimal with really green paint.
The lady ushered me into the treatment room. She doesn't have really good English but she can speak Chinese, so I conversed in Chinese with her instead. After I strip to nothing at all, she just took off the towel and started applying the mud all over. I fell asleep during the facial so I can't tell you how good it was. My bf said the foot massage was pretty good.
No music to sooth you. If it's not for the coupons I wouldn't have tried this place. I wouldn't go if it is regular price. -

My bf got me a spa package for 4 visits to this place. At first , I was iffy about going to this spa because I couldn't find any reviews about this spa. But it was actually pretty good in there. I loved it!!
I got my pedicure done, and they did an excellent job!! I also recently got my very first facial done and my face is extra soft!! I love it!! I would go back to them for other services that they offer :)
