After a month, I almost gave up waiting but surprisingly I got a reply that I was allow to exchange to other things in the store. I was happy with the result. But just feel that they really need to work on their customer service!

This place is great if you want to find some unusually good deals (ableit at a lower quality more often than not); but beware of one thing:
Rude staff. Pretty unhelpful. We bought 30 stools from them, and found the owner just wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible. No smiles, no greetings, no offer to help with the chairs. Every question we'd ask him he wouldn't answer, he'd just mumble and roll his eyes.
Later on we overheard him complaining to someone else that he wasn't getting enough business as he should be. Well sir, a smile and a 'have a great day' goes a long way to save your business. -

Xs Cargo is another one of those stores that sells overstock and refurbished items from other retailers, at a supposedly bargain price. And there can be good deals to be found here, don't get me wrong. I have found a variety of things: cooking pots, bathroom scale, cooler bag, bed sheets, vanity table and matching stool, etc.
I will say that I have been burned by the electronics here. I have bought two mp3 players (at different times), both of which did not work. I suppose that can be a risk that comes with buying refurbished electronics. That said, I know other people who have bought electronics, from computer monitors to digital cameras, and these have worked fine for them. Maybe I just have bad luck.
Also, as Shawna D. mentioned, not everything here is a deal, so it's good to compare prices and be a bit choosy with what you purchase.
Overall, not a bad place to check out if you're looking for some deals. They do have a fair bit of variety, from small kitchen appliances and houseware items, to toys , even books and art supplies, and a limited amount of furniture (chairs, ottomans, computer desks, etc.). Could be a good place for students to find cheap items (furniture, appliances such as toasters, microwaves, televisions etc.) for a dorm room or first apartment.Listed in: Here's the Deal...

Sometimes things dont work but it is labeled refurbished and you can bring it back to try an other.. great prices and random things you always think you need. I always check here before the box stores.

Xs Cargo is a bargain type store located in the Bayers Lake Industrial Park. I went in there yesterday to see if I could find a clock radio.
This store sells discounted items and a lot of refurbished stock. Some things that you would find there are: desks, garden tools, electronics, office chairs, tools and a few other things like that. They have a great selection of miscellaneous stuff at lower prices.
The staff are usually friendly and I've always been treated well when I shopped there. -

Xs Cargo is located in the Bayer's Lake Park. It is right beside the liquor commission.
I have only gone here a few times. I did manage to buy some picture frames once and a flashlight the second time.
You will find everything here, from electronics, housewares, clothes, office supplies, etc. The name speaks for itself. Xs Cargo, means it is overstock from companies, and they are selling it at a reduced price.
Keep in mind , not everything is a bargain. Also make sure you are aware of return policies.
