There are so many accessory stores in West Ed, they all seem to look the same after a while.
Xcetera is one of those stores. It's your typical accessory store, like Claire's or Ardene, full of lower end accessories - whatever is hot at the moment.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good place to get cheap accessories (jewelry, scarves, knick knacks, slippers, etc) but it's a dime a dozen in West Ed.
I don't find anything about Xcetera that makes it superior to any of the other accessory stores in the mall. But if you can't find what you're looking for elsewhere, give Xcetera a try!
They have cheap jewelry (not gold) so if you are looking for that sort of thing, this is a good place to start your hunt.
They have some nice things. The quality isn't the best but they are aren't very expensive either so you get what you pay for! -

This is a fun little store if you wanted to find a huge selection of cheap and fun jewelry along with other accessories. This is one store that seems to be pretty popular with the younger generation. There were many young girls looking at all the items that the store had to offer. This store also has a great selection of scarfs, decorative and winter ones; lots of different colors and patterns to choose from.
If you are looking for stockings that are fun looking then I suggest you come out to this store and check out to see what they have. They have plain ones, plaid ones and sexy ones.
If you are looking for watches they have that here too, along with hats, slippers and socks. The best thing about this store is that you can get many items for a low cost.
The place is really well kept and organized considering the get a lot of traffic in their store. The staff is also very nice, friendly and seems to be really great with kids/teens. I think my 10-year-old niece would love this place; she really loves picking out earrings and other types of accessories.
