Review from Ryan R.
Toronto, ON
Seems that there are quite a number of poor reviews on this mall and to be quite honest with you all, it really isn't that bad! Fantasy Fair I find to be ideal for youngsters primarily aged 4-12 and the price for a day pass is ridiculously well priced. When you come here, you'll find that it doesn't cost so much to entertain after all! The mall itself has a Zellers, Sears and The Bay. It also has a decent sized Sports Check. The mall also comes equipped with a decent food court and wide selection of renowned stores.
I noticed a few reviews with people complaining that you can't find a Starbucks, Second Cup, or Timothy's in this mall. Guess what? There's a Tim Horton's. Not sure about some, but I'm perfectly satisfied with spending $1.50 on a coffee opposed to $6.00 at Second Cup. With that $4.50 I just saved, I almost have enough to watch a movie at Woodbine - you won't find that anywhere else in Toronto.
Overall, I enjoy this mall! Needs a bit of a facelift like some had mentioned but it's still very well maintained and clean. You'll find your shopping experience here to be much more relaxed as you don't get much of the hustle and bustle and you're always bound to find parking - in Toronto, that's a plus! -

Woodbine Mall is one of the saddest malls I have been to. Located right across Woodbine Racetrack, you think they would put a bit more money to give the mall a face lift. Unfortunately, the mall's appeal has digressed over the years.
The food court is half descent, I occasionally stop by for a quick lunch since my office is around the corner.
They have a cute little fantasy fair for children in the middle of the mall. Maybe that is what attracts patrons to shop here?
Liqudation stores of Zellers, Bay and Sears are located in the mall. So you can get some wicked deals.
The dollarama is huge and has ample selection.
I hope new stores revitalize this mall, it has potential just need some money and love to brighten up the space. -

What happened to Woodbine Centre Mall??
There are not really a store here that worth your while to come and shop or visit!! The only draw maybe the Fantasy Fair Centre if you have young kids.
Depressing and sad while walking around the mall... I just want to leave and never come back again!!Listed in: Shopping Malls!

Woodbine mall is an oddity. It's anchored by a Bay, a Sears, and a Zellers. And it has an indoor amusement park geared for kiddies. But you can't find a Starbucks, Second Cup, or Timothy's. No Gap. No Club Monaco. There is a Manchu Wok, however. And about 3 stores where you can buy elephant statues. Woodbine, if I recall, about 10 years ago was a pretty high class mall but it's fallen on some hard times as evidenced by the lack of A Card retailers or even a decent coffee chain.
I guess the lure is the indoor amusement park. If I had any wee nephews and nieces in Toronto, I'd love to take them here. A day pass for a family of 4 is $52. What's a two hour movie going to cost you?
But if you don't have a gaggle of little virus distribution factories to entertain on a Sunday and no need to furnish your new place with the latest in elephant themed knick knacks or need a leopard print throw rug, this mall is Dawn of the Dead creepy.
Although the mall does have a Bulk Barn and that's a source on one elephant-themed product I enjoy: Lucky Elephant Pink Candy Popcorn (do you know Lucky Elephant Pink Candy Popcorn, Susan C? It is very healthful and a famous food in Canada) And what's up with Bulk Barn? I've never been impressed by their whole bean coffee prices. Anything there a deal?Listed in: Crawl the Malls: Shopping…

Review from Keidi K.
This mall died a long time ago, every time I drive by I look to see if there is a sign that they will be tearing this place down and building something useful.
The only reason its probably even standing is because of the Fantasy Fair Center. The Bay is now a liquidation store where you can find odd marked down furniture pieces. Other than that there is no need to visit. -

Woodbine Centre is by far the worse mall in Toronto and if it weren't for my dentist being in this mall I would honestly never go! I used to work in this mall many moons ago and although it wasn't exactly a fashion mecca, it still had basic stores like Gap, Tristan & America, and La Senza.
Flash forward 8 years and one by one retailers have been pulling out of this FAIL of a mall leaving it with no name, cheap discount stores and knock off retailers. Hell, even Shoppers Drug Mart, JJ Muggs and the Wine Rack have left this mall!!! The anchors (The Bay and Sears) both look like liquidation centres about to claim bankruptcy at any time.
As legend has it, this mall used to be quite the place back in the 90's... then Woodbridge exploded and Woodbine shoppers were soon flocking to big box stores on HWY 7 leaving Woodbine with Rexdale riffraff!
Despite all of this all is not completely lost I guess...
-The Rainbow cinema offers super cheap movies for less than $5
-The Dollarama is massive
-Despite losing most of its major stores it inexplicably gained a Tim Hortons
-TD Bank located in the mall
-The fantasy fair centre is cute if you have small children
Honestly if you are wondering if you should go to Woodbine Mall I suggest you don't! -

Very sad. This is one mall I do not want to be seen in. I have been taught not to say bad things about others so that's all I am saying
