We went two times to this restaurant. The first time we ordered the House Special Chow Mein and it was decent. Nothing special but nothing atrocious either. It's owned by this family that I assume live in the same building cause when I went the 2nd time one of the owners or relatives was cleaning the tables with his baby strapped on his back (at 1am in the morning) and his wife who cooked the food was not wearing any apron or anything just casual clothes.
Well anyways we later found out they open LATE now (until maybe 3-4am). Being night people, my Wife and I decided to order the chicken curry on rice. This was at around midnight-1am. The first problem I guess on the phone they thought we never ate Chinese food before because they substituted the chicken with this sweet and sour beef pieces. We figured it was late at night and they did it also because they wanted to get rid of the old stuff. The food tasted decent I guess...nothing foul or anything.
I'm not sure what was wrong with their food but starting from the very next day I had pretty bad diarrhea for a week. My wife had it for a few days but not as bad as me. Take note though that I ate most of the 'chicken' that was in the curry.
Do NOT come here to eat late night Chinese. I had to learn the hard way.
