Absolutely the worst (not to mention expensive) consumer experience I have had. Here's the story:
I needed retractable screens on my french doors to keep my cat in the house (he got hit by a car last year!) this past summer. I called and a technician came out to take a look and quote a price. I was quite clear regarding the purpose (i.e. keeping my pets inside) and even though the $900 price tag seemed steep, it was way less than the $6000 in vet bills so I decided to go ahead. He took all the measurements right then and there and said that it shouldn't take more than a week or two. Well, it did take longer (nearly a month), but at the end I had retractable screen doors that looked ok (they match the colours, etc). I should be happy, right?
Well, turns out that retractable screen doors are not attached at the bottom and are actually quite loose. My cat found his way through the gap within about 5 minutes. I called to complain, they said that the technician claimed that I never told him it was for a cat.....totally untrue. This is the ONLY reason I would need to get these and both my pup and cat were under foot the whole time. In fact, several times I mentioned how happy I will be to be able to keep them in without worry.
They did send someone else out to put in these special boards that they claimed are 99% effective at keeping cats in, however this flimsy cardboard piece that they left only delayed him by another 10 minutes before he found his way out again.
I am now out $900 and am left with useless crappy retractable doors that would look ok if they served my purpose but now I just see them as huge eye sores.
WASTE OF MONEY! Stay away!
