I'm a huge fan of Winners. It's definitely not the place for those who don't like digging around and get impatient. But great for those who love a good bargain. The best thing is that you'll find random obscure brands and all at great discounts. The thrill is really in the hunt! My favourite departments are shoes and handbags. Shoes are sorted by size, so you can quickly scan the racks. Women's brands from Steve Madden, Jessica Simpson, Betsey Johnson, BCBG and Juicy Couture. Handbags are sorted by colours. Just spotted the hottest retro 70's psychedelic Betsey Johnson luggage set this weekend. The best way to shop at a Winners is to go during non-peak days & hours (weekends & afternoons) and have enough time to browse and try. I love the new designer collections and I heard they opened Style Sense in the East. Just accessories!

Bargains on designer duds?! Yes. But be warned, some of these "designer" clothes and accessories are damaged and defective, and that is why the manufacturer gives the merchandise to Winners to sell at a discounted rate.
Example:
I bought a pair of shoes here. I wore them exactly 3.75 times. How can I wear something .75 times, you ask? Well, how about, at the end of the day whilst walking to my car, all of a sudden the heel gives out?! Seriously! I had to hobble on ONE HEEL all the way to my car!!! NOT COOL.
