I've made wine two other places in Kitchener (Molinara & Wine Kitz) before trying Winexpert. I had to write a review, because this was the most excellent example of customer service I've had. (of course the product is good, but service is the other half of the experience for me)
Background - This location changed ownership sometime between when I ordered a few months ago, and finally bottled it today. I spoke with Jason (new owner with his Dad) on the phone to set my bottling date and was already impressed by the friendliness on the phone.
We're still somewhat new to the whole bottling thing, and Jason was patient and totally understanding and fun (not my experience bottling anywhere else). Also, you can tell there's a passion for wine, instead of it being "just a job."
Other places have charged extra for corks, labels, etc. but it was all included in our price - no surprises. Definitely check this place out.
