This company supplies printing equipment and inks to companies that print.
We aren't printers, but we needed Pantone colour sample books to specify paint colour for our products, and these guys had them in stock. Very good price, too!! The Pantone official website had them for $5 less (now with the exchange around par), but with the shipping, would have ended up being more. Besides, we would have had to wait.
I assume they usually deal with companies and people that know what they're talking about, but each person I talked to (phone and in person) was nice and helpful to a lay walk-in person like me.
