Free wi-fi and great jasmine green tea...lets not forget the waffles and ice cream!

Wonderful in the winter to sip some cafe latte whil gazing outside at the winter wonderland....or for summer: out on the patio with a fresh fruit smoothie.

Williams Coffee Pub here really badly in need of some renov or a facelift! I am not asking them to torn down the inside and do a complete makeover but at least CHANGE the cushions seatings of some of the booth seats!!

I took a photo.. I don't believe what bad shape it is until I try parking myself in one of those!

The Iced Cappuncino and the cappuncino we order are both good. So I don't mind coming back for their coffee.

There are a lot of people/students here studying or using the Free Wifi here. I feel like I am in a library more than in a coffee shop since everyone all so concentrating and end up I have to whisper to my friend too.. shhh!

I used to be a firm believer that suburban coffee chains came in but two forms: Tim Horton's & Starbucks.  I never gave much credit to the Second Cup's of the world, who tried to be part-specialty and part-convenience.  Pick one and master it, right?

Well, Williams Coffee Pub successfully walks that line and does a pretty good job at it.

Tons of seating, tons of menu options (coffees, teas, sandwiches, salads, entrees, smoothies, cakes, cookies, pies... they have it all) and free WIFI to top it all off.

The coffee ranks in between Tim's and Starbucks, the sandwiches are better than Tim's, the prices are a bit cheaper than Starbucks, they really do find a little niche in between the two existing champions of the Canadian Coffee world.

3 stars for most aspects at Williams, +1 for a great place to zone into your work and forget that you're in the burbs.

I will have to agree with my fellow Yelper, the location is convenient but getting to it is a bit of a bitch...

There is a fence that surrounds most of the building and you have to walk all the way around in order to get in (yes I am lazy!)

I got my regular blended ice cappuccino and as usual it was yummy. The gave me a regular straw though so drinking my caffeinated slush was a lot of work :-(

Identical to the ones I've come across nearby McMaster and University of Waterloo.  Williams makes it EASY for the school crowd that enjoy COFFEE & CAKE to sit and chillax.

I use to STUDY at one of their locations all night until they close for the night, then head to Tim Hortons but Tims is definitely not as COMFORTABLE a setting as Williams.

This Vaughan spot isn't close by to a University but there are few schools nearby as well as a Theme Park.  It might be lacking behind Starbucks in terms of coffee quality but they actually serve you with hardware.

When I have my Latte there, it always reminds me of Rachel from Friends holding her Medium Latte.  They have cakes here similar to Demetres but I enjoy the mood lighting here more than the WACKY colors and bright lights of Demetres.

If you order food/drink that will take time to prepare, they will give you an order number to put on your table so the waitress can bring the item to you while you read the daily NEWSPAPER they provide.

This Vaughan location even has DRIVE THRU which the other two locations do not have.  This place will always be relaxing as you will not feel pressure from either the staff or customers because there are plenty of seating.

The price is decent, not too expensive considering how great their waffles are!

Free wi-fi and great coffee, makes it a great place to study or do work.
