This branch of  Williams on Richmond (particularly!) is possibly one of the cosiest little coffee shops in London. It is more than just your regular coffee place. Their offerings include not just coffee and baked goods, but things like sandwiches, salads, entrees, breakfasty food and they have daily specials as well. Their beverages and sandwiches are good and worth a try.

More than the food, the location and the atmosphere are what I remember more fondly from my years in London. Located in the heart of Londontown, it is really inviting at all times of the day. Every place worth visiting in the downtown area is within walking distance from here (in the summertime mostly!). There's a bus stop nearby too.

During the summer, there are tables out on the patio along Richmond Street overlooking Victoria Park where you can sit for hours and enjoy a game of scrabble or chat sessions with friends for hours while soaking in the sun and the lively sights.

In the winter, Williams is a homey refuge from the biting cold outside where you can sit down and do your homework or come in with your friends or just pop in for a quick beverage and snack. Options galore seriously!

Three stars for location, location, location. The coffee is okay and the food is decent, but I favor this place over Starbucks because there is ample seating and the spot beside Victoria Park is really great, especially in nice weather.

I've ordered off the menu here numerous times and I'm a fan of the salads, but the desserts are mediocre for the most part. Service is usually quite fast and friendly, but you do have to go up to the counter and wait in line to order your food, so that can be annoying if you want another coffee/dessert.

Warning: do not use the (filthy) washrooms unless you are drunk and/or desperate.

Did not try the coffee or have a sandwich or salad.  I had an absolutely perfect strawberry milkshake.

Every Williams Coffee Pub has its own unique appeal instead of others  one because of this have old design with unique apparent. It is by far the best for the location for hanging with your friends to catch up for old times and or a date when you are at downtown London, Ontario.

    PROS:
-Reasonable prices on hot and cold beverages
-Serve all day breakfast, Soup & Salad, Sandwiches, Desserts
-Great location for Summer to sit down at the patio (seeing the park and people jogging)
    -Customer service ok
    -The atmosphere is comfortable
-Free Internet (Hot Spot not like Star Buck or Tim Horton)

    CONS:
-Washroom is the worst (down stair and one in the main)
-Not the great place to study (instead in the Highbury Ave - have personal intersection for study areas)
-If you order all day breakfast you only get scrambled eggs
-Not all dessert are good (only some are)
    -loud and noisy

    OVERALLS:
I have try them all Williams Coffee Pub in London (North end, South end, and even here).

I am a fan because the location is right on the heart of the London, Ontario and right near the Victoria Park. Just to catch up for old times with your friends and family.

Please don't single out the other coffee areas like Tim Horton, Star Bucks, The Coffee Office, Coffee Culture, The Little Red Roaster, etc...
