History
Established in 2006
Originally a full retail bakery, Wild Bistro has evolved into a full service restaurant with creative & flexible menus for lunch & dinner, and featuring live music, community events, dinner theatre and other entertainment almost every night.
As one friend put it, we've built a restaurant "one long weekend at a time"... starting with a lot of passion, a ridiculously strong desire to provide excellent food & service at a reasonable price, and a vision... and very little else. Customers will attest to numerous long weekends spent wishing they could get some fresh bread, but coming down to lend a hand with a paintbrush or a hammer instead.
In 2006, we had a patio entranceway, a 10 item menu, 12 seats and no staff (except us) ... now, in 2010, we have a proper front door, two complete and extensive menus (lunch AND dinner), a full liquor license, a stage, a staff of 6 (sometimes more), 55 seats inside and 25 on the patio... and more vision yet to achieve.
