Working at YVR I eat here with co-workers about once a month. The service can be slow depending on the time of day, but the food usually arrives relatively quickly. You can plan on about 1 hour start to finish, but only if you ask for the bill when they bring you your food so you don't have to hunt them down later. The service is friendly but not that efficient. I really wish they would stop trying to impress us with their memory (or lack thereof) and just write down the orders instead of reciting what we've ordered (usually with mistakes). That being said - we have always received what we've ordered without mistakes. The food is decent and consistent.
Never had an issue with items on the menu not being available. Their menu is varied and diverse.
My pet peeve is the "features", their daily specials that they tell you about but the price is the same as it always is - it's just their feature today; stop wasting our time or discount the price.
Oh, and if you are traveling through - please think twice before you end up like some other ahem... customers; making a scene in the restaurant because you thought you could get a sit down meal in 15 minutes and now you're late for your flight - that's what the food court is for. -

Well, we had about an hour to spare before. Needing to clear security so we stopped in for a pre-flight dinner (didn't want to buy food on the plane either!) when we were seated, we made sure to tell the server we had limited time. Fortunately it was a quite night and we had our meals quickly.. It's a tasty place to grab non greasy fast food that's fresh and filling (although my husband did have the poutine style bake Potatoe fries) its a good place to try out if you have more than 30min to wait
