I bought a facial deal online for Whip after checking out their website and seeing that everything looks pretty professional and legit.
So I called for an appointment and went for my facial soon after. I remember getting there on time, and was pleasantly surprised that my aesthetician was promptly ready to start my facial.
The place looks brand new from a recent refurbishment, and the room I was in was very tranquil and immaculate. Whip definitely nailed down the Aveda Concept Spa atmosphere.
The facial itself was well above average, but it wasn't the best facial I've ever had. However, credit to my aesthetician for concentrating on my problem areas. Nearing the end, I even fell asleep from the relaxing massage.
Believe it or not, there was no hard selling of products when I paid for taxes and tipped. Maybe I looked like I was in a bit of a sleepy daze.
And what an awesome name for a Salon & Spa, eh? -

I have been for a facial here twice. Both times I've had a very nice facial.
But what put me off was the fact that they withheld $5 of my complementary gift card until I wrote a good review for them online.
I don't like being bribed into write good reviews - not very classy WHIP!!!
So keep this in mind when reading the other reviews - they might not be genuine!!
