I have taken my computers to Western Computer Shack, Darwin , for 10 years, great service and knowledgeable.
And he is very honest, if he can't fixed it, he will tell you. If he can fix it, he will do so at the least expensive way available.
Darwin has often stayed open later than he store hours to accommodate us when we can't make to pick up our computer.
He also has built our home computer and has serviced our laptops.
It is easy to find, right off the Whitemud, North on 149th right after the first set of lights.
What really blows me away is the quick return of my computers, usually in less time than he quoted.
So there you go, I am definitely recommending this store to anyone who needs a reliable computer guru! Great service, great prices, knowledgeable and friendly owners.
I'll be yelping again! -

Western Computer Shack is particularly great for servicing computers. That includes laptops and desktops. It is a tiny company and they really care about their customers. They actually do their best to make you happy.. it's a refreshing approach but sad that all businesses don't take this route.
They carry tons of computer parts and they are fairly priced. I found them to be cheaper than some other places I checked. They are really good at fixing up computers and charge a fair price for that as well. They get them ready for you as quickly as possible and let you know that you are their priority.
Again. I know. It's shocking. -

I had my home desktop built for me at Western Computer Shack, and I go here regularly for service and upgrades. As a privately-owned store, the people here really care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure they are happy. In my case, I am happy when I have a system that works, and the technician here has helped me out of many tight squeezes. The turnaround time is reasonable, and they go out of their way to explain everything that has been done. Western Computer Shack can service laptops as well as desktops. The shop is very small and packed with computer components. Costs for parts and service are reasonable, especially when you take into consideration the personal attention you get.
