This is the fourth time I have used Westcoast Appliance in about 10 years. They have always been there when I need them. The same owner and sales manager and service technician each time I have called. They try to help me first over the phone to save me a service call charge and they never rush me or make me feel like I am wasting their time when I ask questions. I am so happy that there is a local company that I can count on. I know they can be busy but that is because they are good! I will always use and recommend this company for any major appliance needs!!!

Not that long ago my washing machine's drum came to an abrupt stop. It's happened before and another service company was fantastic, but when I called I got a voice telling me my hold time would be 15 minutes. I equate that to a long wait for a repair. Being as impatient as I am I decided to go with another company. So I called Westcoast Appliances. The result? I was still without a washer for two weeks and the price for service is frankly a little high. More importantly I was misquoted the price of a used part. Two stars go to slow service after initial consultation and misquotation. The one star saver is they did reduce the price of the part to the original price when I inquired about it and I do love the idea of used parts fixing an otherwise perfectly good machine.
