Review from Steven S.
The Vet biz in this city is a crap shoot. There are the high end speciality boutique animal hospitals and the really seriously sketchy ones. West End was recommended to me by my friend and I was not let down. You see I adopted a kitty with a questionable mystery history and just needed to get her checked out and the folks at West End did just that. I had her records faxed over from sketchy vet to them before I arrived cat in tow. First the staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. The tech who saw us before the Dr came in was great and asked more than just the basics and made Curie and I feel at home. Dr Lo was amazing, through and never rushed, she was genuine and kind. She treated Curie like she was her own and not enough can be said about that.
They are affordable, caring and skilled, they are not a cash mill either like so many others are. The whole experience felt like a family atmosphere. If only my own GP was this nice.
If you have a furry friend in the West End or Downtown, I can say with the confidence of having animals in my life for 40 years now that this was one of the best Vet experiences I have ever had. Four Paws Up! -
Review from Allen W.
Well, it was time for an annual check-up for the pooch and after the screaming fit he threw last year, I wasn't terribly excited to visit the vet.
However, once again the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the special needs of our dog. Due to the vet's caring approach, our dog didn't even bark once ... not even when he was given two shots -- thank you, Dr. Gilbert!1 Previous Review: Show all »
