I think that this review would benefit from a preliminary whistle. The kind that signals, "whoa, what the devil," perhaps paired with a shake of the head and wide eyes.
This place needs to drop the word "mall" from its title. This is not a mall. Let's just call it the West End Place as not to confuse potential patrons, okay?
I took a hesitant step into this supposed mall yesterday, after not having visited in quite some time, I was not sure what to expect. I suggest expecting nothing, because that is what you will get. Okay, so there is a dentist office and an eye clinic, but really, this place is a barren wasteland, all that's needed are some tumbleweeds to finish off the desolate feeling.
The last remaining vestibule of "mallness" is the Bay, located at one end of a hallway. However, the Bay doesn't appear to be doing so well. The place was empty and the walls were sparse with merchandise.
West End "Mall" (Place?), I'm sorry to say that your days are looking numbered. This is more like a quasi professional centre, except only housing a handful of businesses. This is where I'd whistle again, and probably shake my head a little and suggest that you don't bother visiting this place simply to browse.
