I recently traded my vehicle in and a whole host of problems have irked me since. When I was signing the paperwork there was an additional $1000 charge that no one mentioned so I had to sit there and fight with them about it. Then, three different people said they would call me the following day and let me know when to bring my car in for detailing and a remote start and to get the mechanical inspection report. They also neglected to give me a copy of the warranty information. I waited a few days and no one called. I called them and asked what was going on, they had no idea but they booked me in for a few hours in a couple days. The day came and I took the car in and no one in the service department knew I was supposed to be there and they said that what I said needed to be done would take them at least a full day, so they made an appointment for a week and a half later and said to bring it in the night before and they would arrange a loaner car. When I came back the service department didn't know anything about the loan vehicle so I had to run home and get some of the paperwork. I came back 10 minutes later at 5:31 exactly and the entire service department was gone (they close at 5:30 and they knew I was coming right back). So I had to tell my story to 3 times to three different people and they finally gave me a rental. The rental had no gas, was absolutely filthy inside and out and it had a flat tire. The next day I get a call at 6pm to tell me that they don't have a car started so they want to keep the car for another night and even thought the car had been to the goauto detailing center one of the recalls had not been fixed. At first I thought the price was a good deal, but in no way was it worth it.
