While on our cross country travels, we rolled into Waterton. The welcoming committee, a couple of Big Horned Sheep and two deer posed for our entry pictures. This park is so welcoming to wandering deer and other animals, that they stand around like lawn ornaments!
We were tired from a long drive in and thus booked a room at the lodge and took a walk.
When I spotted Waterton Bagel and Coffee it really surprised me. I didn't expect to find such a place here in the park.
We SO enjoyed chatting with Tom, the proprietor of this shop, his family owns the little movie house nearby and he has spent many summers here at the park serving up the Bean to people from all over the world.
This is a great little kick start for your outdoor adventures. Yummy Bagels and treats, and a good source for local information, Tom, we hope to see you again sometime!Listed in: Connect the dots on a coffee…, West to East and back.
