Peter, the owner, is extremely friendly and a great person to talk to if you're looking for conversation or direction!
The place is right by the water, so you have a fantastic view when you open your door, and the inside is clean and comes with a stocked kitchen. I was totally impressed with how nice it is. For $125 a night you can't go wrong! Plus, there's a hot tub and free wifi for use. Note that it's on the other side of Penticton (away from downtown) so it's a bit quieter at night - there isn't much happening on this side of town.
