This guy and his team were my landlords for my last apartment. They have buildings all over the city and they're very good to deal with. If you want to make sure you have a landlord that's square, these guys were always available when there was a maintenance issue and the contract was upheld as negotiated. They were prompt in their call-backs and professional at all times. They were especially good with documentation, providing inspection checklists, copies of contracts and even cleaners to use so you'd be more likely to meet their criteria for full deposit refund when moving out. They are fair, and while I had to come back to clean my oven better (bummer, I hate cleaning ovens) if I wanted my full refund, I got the full deposit back when it met their expectations. These guys own so many properties around the city, just name your budget and they'll help you find an apartment to rent in a flash.
