So we headed next door to WashWorld for our complimentary car wash with our oil change. There was an attendant present who was very friendly and offered a pre-soak for our car. A few splashes of soapy water, the bristle brush went to work on our car like a toothbrush to the enamel.
We had the "Better" wash ($14) which had all the basics of soap and wax wash with an undercarriage spray and ended with the typhoon air dry. All touch less in there.
Overall, it was decent but there was a lot of water or soap residue left over. As a result, you could see a filmy white/clear swirl all over the car. Not impressed but it got rid of all the built up stuff over the winter I guess. It was free with the oil change, so can't complain. Don't expect a spotless wash like you can be guaranteed with a good ol' fashioned hand wash! I'd probably use this service to get rid of a tough top layer of dirt - it helps when they have their special offers of $6-8 washes occasionally. -
Review from Larry L.
The first time I was here, it was brand new and I had to try it out. The car got cleaned.
Then I wanted to take my rally car after it got all muddy, but felt bad if I did because it would've left big messy muddy mess behind but the car would have been cleaned???
So what did I do? I partially cleaned it first then took it to the car wash.
The car was kinda clean. So I don't recommend you take your car here after going in the bushes or mud bogging in your jeep.
However, if your car is used just on the regular roads and average dirty, this place can get your car cleaned. I think that if there is staff on hand (usually from next doors oil change place) and your car is not clean enough, they will let you wash it again. Don't take my word for this, but I kinda remember it.
Next door is one of those oil change shops. Although I don't recommend these places because they tend to ask you way too much and tell you way too much about what you probably don't need to know about your car, but maybe should?
The service was nice, when I used to take the car for oil changes, but after I put a skid plate on one of them, I stopped because it's just not normal to drive around town with a skid plate on your car.
So back to the car wash. They take credit cards which makes it handy, but I'm pretty sure there are other places that can do it more competitively priced. -

There 100% clean guarantee is not accurate. The wash only cleaned half of the car. Attendant would not run the car through again. Next time I will go to Bashir's Auto Centre on Minoru Blvd in Richmond.
