Finally a good cocktail in Berlin. I like to have James Bond moments and order extra dirty vodka martinis. This is the only place that seems to understand how to make it, and stiff. I love this atmosphere and reminds me of some of my favorite bars back home in San Francisco.
You'll find a wide range of people in here. From hipster to old man to professor types. It is my favorite place to go when I just want to enjoy a well made drink. It will not disappoint. -

I didn't know the mixology craze had gone global, but once I stepped into Würgeengel I knew the fancy cocktails transcended country lines.
Plenty of overpriced places exist like this in the U.S. and this place was no different. Funky vibe + overpriced drinks = hipsters dream come true!
Truly, although the drinks cost me a days wages, they were awesome. And our waitress was super sweet. If you appreciate a good brew, you'd like this spot.
Although I will note the bartenders took his alcohol a little too seriously. When my friend asked for some juice to add to her drink, he almost teared up and said "But it would ruin the alcohol!" #dramatic. -

A friendly barman ....and cool relaxed people...if you are looking for the genuine berlin spirit, you will find it here....but not on the bathrooms, you might find the devil spirit of berlin.

Incredible place. Wurgeengel reminds me of the mixology bars I frequent at home in New Orleans. The ambiance is fantastic, the staff was more than helpful and knowledgeable in their trade. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable fancy pants experience.
