I have been here a couple times for a pedicure. Every time we go (I go with my sister), we don't have to make an appointment, which is nice.
It does not feel like a relaxing experience really. The women who do our pedicures talk loud in another language, and it is hard to tell when they are talking to you, or if they are talking to each other.
The quality is usually okay, but they rush through the process, so you really are paying for the end result and not a nice pedicure experience.
The last time we went there, my sister was really upset with her pedicure. The women rushed through her pedicure in less than 15 minutes and you could see that the polish didn't even cover evenly over her toes.
I would go here for a quick pedi if you need one done for a decent price and you are not looking for a relaxing experience. -

All i can say is this place talks behind your back in their own language, and how do i know that, because i understood everything they said cause they thought i'm another Asian race.
I received a gift certificate to this place that's why i came here for the very first time to get my pedicure done. I came into the shop right at opening then a few other customers came in right after me. They told me to have a seat while they took the other customers in first, and i had booked myself in for an appointment prior to walking in. Not like i wasn't in their booking. They said in their own language to let me sit and wait because they don't think i can afford the service, that i looked "poor".
After 1 hour of wait time, they speed through my pedicure under 30 minutes of service. It was a horrible job, i had nail polish all over my toes and they did not clean it off my skin. I got off the chair, went to pay and then returned home to wash it all off because it was disgusting.
I will never come back to any Vo's Nails because they are rude, bad service, and believe me, they're talking about you in their language!
