Okay, so you've decided to get your car fixed by the dealership for whatever reason. Yes, they will charge you an arm and a leg for labour and service, but take that out of the equation and these guys are not too bad,
I left my car there on Monday morning hoping to get it back for the afternoon. I wasn't pleased when I found out that although I made an appointment, I was 8th in line. I was upset, but it's not the lady at the desk's fault. I wanted her to assure me I'll get my car back Monday end of day.
Despite me getting upset at her, she called me almost every 2 hours to give me an update on my car for the rest of the day. I really appreciated that, and not sure if this was done for all customers. I did notice a difference the next day (I had to leave my car there), when she wasn't around, that it wasn't as informative. Her name was Janice, Janet? ...
Car was good and done the next day. Calling the shuttle service was easy, and he promptly picked me up at the time specified and brought me over. My only complaint is that the courtesy vacuum wasn't done thoroughly, someone's fingers left a grease stain on the upholstery and it smelt like cigarettes for a while. I will provide this feedback to them.
On the Monday I left the car, I had turned into a pedestrian for a day. Nearby, I had lunch at Morning Glory, a short 5 min walk (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...) and hung out in the Distillery District. (10 min walk). -

Their customer guarantee is useless. I spent $500 to get my car fixed, after two days of driving the same problem arised and I called to bring my car back and they said they will have to charge me again $100 something just to look at it. What kind of customer satisfaction guarantee is that? How can I trust them again if they couldn't fix it the first time. I am not taking my chance again to throw money again to have it look. I feel ripped off... Do not go to this place! They will take your money without fixing the problem!
