I can't believe I waited so long to venture into Vivid Print after so many afternoon trips down Whyte Avenue. This unique little shop offers ton of different kinds of printing, but also sells a huge number of prints and posters. The best part? They're totally affordable, even if you're in the college student price range. Who needs Ikea prints that all of your friends have when you can get unique and way cooler prints at Vivid?
My husband and I picked up a wedding gift here that some friends had gotten for us. It's an amazing print, a B&W photo of the Alberta Legislature Buildings in the 1920s when the domes were being worked on. It looks amazing in the frame it came with, too.
I could get lost in this place looking at the unique art and the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful too.

This funky art store has some really cool pieces. They even have some local art.
The pieces are expensive, but they are worth it. Everything is beautiful and one of a kind. This is not IKEA art! Most of the art here are prints and photographs. I didn't see any drawings or paintings.
The art here is very youthful and some of it is large and other pieces are very tiny. There is a wide range in prices and you can even buy a poster for about $16.
Younger art lovers should check this place out for some unique art.
