This is a very small health food store. They do have all the basics in vitamins and supplements, but the selection is somewhat limited. They do not have many natural beauty products here. I think I saw a total of two different Kiss My Face Products. They do sell probiotics here, including Udo's brand that are kept in the fridge in the back of the store. A few months ago, I was looking everywhere for a neti pot. I found one at Shoppers Drug Mart, but it was plastic. I came to Vitality health and found a nice ceramic one for only a few dollars more. Most of the products they sell are expensive, but the sales are pretty good.
