I'm not really a fan of Vitality Health Foods. Going in here, I found that they were overpriced. I've been to quite a few supplement and health stores and this one wasn't my favorite.
They had a few good sale prices but their regular prices are too much. I also had to ask the salesperson a few questions (I had to approach her because no one acknowledged me when I walked into the store). She seemed to have a general idea of products and she new the specifics on a few of them, but she wasn't as knowledgeable as I would have liked. Buying this kind of stuff is important and I like to trust the person the buying it from. I didn't trust her though.
I didn't buy anything from Vitality. I didn't feel 100% with what the salesperson was telling me and the prices weren't good enough to hook me.
