This is your very basic health food store. They carry all the basic vitamins and supplements and a few other health products that you may not be able to find elsewhere. It has a bit more to offer than a Shoppers Drugmart but not much more.
The store itself is pretty small but the shelves are packed with items. When people think supplements they think bodybuilding type stuff but in that sense Vitality has a very small selection. You are better going to places like popeyes when looking for those types of supplements.
The store is pretty expensive but they do have a lot of sales most of the time. Personally I don't shop here and find that Shoppers is a better choice but when Shoppers doesn't have what you're looking for Vitality is a good bet.
