The flagship D'Oro port fortified with green walnut infused brandy is absolutely amazing.
Their Farmgate Shop and wine tasting room is within the same building. Here at the farm, they grow their own tomatoes and fruits.
Of course, their Artisan Preserves are very popular. My favourite is their Turkish Fig with Walnut wine. Have it with cheese and wine, oh, it's the perfect combination. So many other types I want to try! Citrus & Candied Ginger, Pink Grapefruit with Champagne, Orchard Pear & Vanilla!!!
Wine tastings are complementary, and you can have up to three kinds of wine. Tried their Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noix (a fortified pinot with brandy), and of course, their signature D'Oro walnut port.
On Saturdays, they also have fresh baked goods. Fresh Farmhouse cheeses (bought the La Pyramid-delicious!), and bread are also available. Le Beau Patisserie waffles, Vij's curries are here too!
They're only open from Thursdays to Saturdays, from 10am-4pm.
With so much deliciousness in store, how could I NOT come back?
