During a walk one day I saw a poster advertising Vince Printing. I was sold, I mean they truly found me! I ripped off one of their many dangling phone numbers and gave them a call.
I'll be the first to admit, the initial call was challenging. A woman answered and English not being her first language, we had some difficulties communicating via phone. Her son, who does a lot of graphic design and communicating wasn't there that day, so she was stuck to try and talk. I got their email address from her and things were golden from there... seriously!
Being new to printing formats, file sizes, types, etc., I'm sure I was a nightmare as a client, but they patiently walked me through the steps, and had the printed products (posters and cards) back to me within a day. I was thoroughly impressed. I picked up the cards on a Saturday, and they were there waiting for me, as it seems like they're not usually open on weekends. What sweet people. They packed my things in a nice brown bag, gave me a free note pad and I was off on my way. Such sweet people. Love.
*Bonus: after I picked up my printing I got a bubble tea + a banh mi across the street! Oh Fraser/Kingsway, you are a mecca of goodness : )
