Maybe I am really spoiled these days but I find the prices at Village des Valeurs to be a little high. It's one thing to change 7.99 for a "The Gap" sweater (retail 50$), but it is a total other thing to change 14.99$ for Old Navy jeans (retail new maybe 35$). Their valuations are totally off. Worse, I found a broken purse (it was Disney) and they were selling it for 4$, but it would only hold value for someone like me, who would use the frame.
Even so, I did find a few items I liked and they were unique enough that I knew it would not be likely I'd find them anywhere else. Still, I think secondhand clothing stores like these get a little price happy without much consideration.
Back a decade ago, this was my goto place. The pricing was reasonable for what you got, not it's all out of whack - and that is whack!
