Love Victoria's Secret, I've only ever been to the one in Edmonton before this and well this is larger than that one, staff is welcoming and friendly from my experiences.
Only ever used the change rooms once and there always seems to be a line up for them and the time I did use them, there were still empty stalls while people were waiting to try stuff on....
I have noticed some of the bras do fit differently, for example the new show-stopper bra is a lot more stretchy around the band, but if you want to avoid the change rooms the staff is well in-formed and do know how things fit.
Victoria's Secret has a Semi-Annual sale, well, semi-annually lol, to clear out all the old styles and make room for new stuff, so if your like me and love sales this is one you can't miss! I believe it happens in early Winter & Summer.
Overall Victoria's Secret is great quality for the prices, and I love the variety of styles =) -

I don't really have anything bad to say about the product, firstly. I tried on one of those magic bras that makes my chest look 2 sizes bigger and it WAS incredibly impressive. However, I didn't buy it. I'm fine with my chest the size as is. I LIVE in my VS pajamas and some of my favourite underwear are Victoria's Secret too.
However I am NOT a fan of this store. I understand that this store is new, and a big deal, so it's going to be busy. But I waited in line for a change room for over 15 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. And to make it worse I saw 3 people come out of the change room and the attendant just stood there finishing her conversation before she (rudely I might add) herded me into a change room. At least it looks like their employees are having a fun and social time, but for a customer it makes for an extremely poor experience. You have to realize as an employee how busy it is ALL THE TIME and that the least you could do is offer a smile or a "thanks for waiting" to the customers who patronizing your business despite the crowds and wait times.
The store itself is super cute, as are the change rooms. And the store has a really wide variety of products and styles. There's a lot to look at if you have the patience to cruise the whole store while being pushed around by crowds and listening to the LOUD and terrible music that is blasting nonstop.
I think I will just go to Pink at Crossiron Mills next time I need some new VS sweats or PJ's (the staff there service there was much better) or even hold off until my next trip south of the border. -

Like most of the girls in Calgary, I was pretty stoked for VS to open here. I consider myself wise for avoiding the first few days, but even after a few weeks, it's still pretty busy.
The store is really big! There are a million things to look at and they have a considerably large range of bra sizes.
I was on a mission (to find a new bra), and sadly VS disappointed. I picked up a bunch of bras and made my way back to the fitting room, where I waited about 15 minutes. The staff organizing the rooms weren't too focused...when it was finally my turn to try things on, the girl working there stood there chatting for a few minutes before hollering that I could go in. I was pretty choked, as friendly service is a huge thing for me.
The bras themselves fit rather snugly and I didn't end up finding anything. (This may be just me, though I did find quite a bit at La Senza afterwards for much cheaper...in my experience both of these stores have similar quality but La Senza is much, much cheaper.)
I'm sure I'll be back here for cute undies at some point, but I was unimpressed and will stick with the other stores, I think. -

After buying online from VS for years, I'm so glad we finally have one here in Calgary.
Normally I shop at boutique stores to get quality undergarments, but any girl knows that to buy the matching knickers to your $150 bra, your going to pay more than they're worth. Usually they can be anywhere from $50+.
So, I've usually always bought from VS because they can have some pretty awesome deals like 5 or 25 and 4 for 20, etc. Now we have a store and I went and bought an AMAZING strapless, along with some other items. Normally I dread strapless, in fact, I have a whole bunch of tops I haven't worn in at least a year because I don't want to wear a strapless. (I'm not exactly petite)
So, I decided I didn't want to spend tons on a strapless from one of my usual boutique stores and instead went to VS, and I hadn't been there yet. The store is big, nicely decorated, and well organized. I found an awesome strapless, that I've been wearing since. When I got home and compared it to the main competitor's version (who happens to be owned by VS) I was amazed by the difference. The new VS one has two very strong elastic pieces inside to help support, while the other has merely a sticky ribbon along the sides, which isn't very effective for larger cup sizes.
Although the quality isn't as nice as some French brands, they are still good, and you can get a matching set for quite a decent price. The service is really friendly, even during the Saturday rush, and they have a handy dandy doorbell tool so you don't have to walk through the fitting room to find someone. Simply press the button next to the door and someone will come along and help you out with the fitting or if you need other sizes. -

Stopped in here today. HUGE store, alot bigger than most of the ones I have been in the US. Didn't have much time to browse but I will go back for sure when I can take my time. They had a huge selection of the usual bras and underwear, lingerie type stuff. And a whole bunch of beauty type products and some swimwear as well. There was also a section for workout clothes and beauty products. They also have a product like Spanx that I noticed and really want to try out. Yay! Finally its here. They have some of the comfy-est bras I have ever owned. And the cotton panties/thongs are my ultimate favorite. And there was one that is so padded it adds on two full sizes. Hmmm interesting, curious to try it.. Such pretty and fun girly stuff.
