We had our wedding bands made here. When we picked them up and took them home we noticed my fiancees band did not match up with her diamond ring,and it had what looked like holes in the metal, we went back to the store and they said it would take a week to fix this . When we came to pick it up it looked even worse than before, discolored and " lumpy". They said their goldsmith was not in that day and that we could come back in the following Monday to collect it. When we came in the ring looked no better so we demanded a refund for the ring which they reluctantly gave us. It has been such a wet blanket on our excitement coming up to our wedding, now we have to find another jewellery store to make her ring , is this quality of work what we can expect from all jewellers?
