We called these guys to install 2 new bathroom faucets. The guy started out friendly, but gradually became oddly hostile. It didn't help that he went down to his truck twice to "get something," spent at least half of his time talking to us (calling us "ladies" the whole time), and at the end charged us for 1) all his dilly-dallying chatty time; 2) something called part purchase driving time, as in the time it takes for him to drive to a store and buy things like a wrench, not anything particular for us; and 3) it was something like 2 hours and 20 minutes -- including about 20 minutes total that he was gone to his truck -- and he rounded UP the total to 3 hours. We were appalled, but desperately wanted him out of our hair. Talk about a plumber who gives a bad name to all the honest hardworking plumbers.
