In case you get so carried away with enjoying Vancouver that you forgot to pick up any souvenirs. Not to fear! Vancouver Marketplace has you covered with organic coffees from Salt Spring Coffee Company, iced wine jelly, smoked salmon, refrigerated fish, and Thomas Haas chocolate. If you want something cutesy, how about maple syrup in a bottle with Olympic mascots on it or moose cookie cutters? They've also got local cookbooks in case you want to try to recreate that great meal you had at Bishop's or Rebar in Victoria.
