Yes I also agree when I have a problem with connectivity they guide me the proper way how to fix my lan card and setting for it I like them

Nothing in here is $99!
Service is an absolute joke.
I bought a replacement battery for my laptop which is completely flat and didn't work. I'm afraid to bring it back to these turkeys.
"ee's like heeting a piss of steeel" (Ivan Drago describing what it's like to hit Rocky Balboa in Rocky IV) Not unlike getting service at $99 laptop.

When a place promises to call you back in 24 hours with an estimate for repair on one of your most valuable material possessions, you really want to hear back within that time... When you have to call THEM back and ask about it, you might start to worry when they have no idea yet as to how much it will cost because they have just piled it up with others' said material possessions.
Fast forward 3 days, no calls until finally they do call and you have just over an hour to go pick up your now "fixed" laptop.
Sure, It was working again but it looked pretty rough. Deep scratches on the lid. My poor little laptop was now surface-scarred and I, although not materialistic at all, will not do that to my most valuble material possession ever again.Listed in: The LOST list
