I had to order some glass shelves and called around for some quotes, while Vancouver Glass was not the cheapest (price still very reasonable not much higher than the lowest), I still decided to go with Vancouver Glass because of their long years in the business. I'm very glad with this decision because of their service. I ran into some problems with my order (not their fault) and they replaced it free of charge.
Great service and they lived up to their great reputation! -

Located on the corner of Hastings and Commercial Drive, this is the inexpensive glass installation and replacement business that you go to when someone breaks a window at your house party. Very friendly service, and quick to fill orders.
Other services include glass tinting, store front installation, and graffiti removal, which is totally reasonable considering that for over 15 years they've had the same sweet graffiti on the side of their store. It's by Virus, one of Vancouver's most respected spray paint artists, one of the very few who's ever gotten paid for "vandalism" and not thrown in jail.
You've probably seen it from the bus a million times, so you might as well go there when you grow up and need to install storm windows to save on your heating bill. -

We bought a beautiful dining room table, and then had our cats decide to jump all over it. So, I started calling around to see how much it would cost to have a piece of glass custom made to fit on the table. Our table is a "boat table" which means it isn't just a square or rectangle - it is rounded on all the edges. Vancouver Glass gave us the cheapest quote (and I called about 10 places in total, all over Vancouver and Richmond), and were extremely helpful, efficient and quick. And, they stuck to their quote. They gave us paper to go home and trace the table, and even gave us some glass cutter thing so we could get the best possible shape. We followed their instructions, and it was done in no time. It fits perfectly. Great service!
