I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel I have to do it.
I wanted a TV wall mount installation above a gas fireplace. Asked about in Feature Shop - the sales agent told that it will be expensive and complicated. Also checked several places online, and decided to call Rob.
From the first moment, it was a pleasure dealing with him. He has answered all questions I had (prices, warranty, cables I need, potential problems installing above fire place), visited my apartment for evaluation, gave a written price offer (the prices are decent BTW). When I eventually called him and scheduled an installation (about a month ago), he arrived with an assistant, have done a clean and thorough work (the TV is lined up with the fireplace, cables are hidden inside the wall), and even suggested that if I don't like the tilting wall mount, he will be able to replace it if I call him during the week.
Bottom line, highly recommended. -

We wanted to mount a flat screen TV in a high-rise condo downtown and called several places. The wall where we wanted it mounted was quite short and close to a window.
The first company we called sent somebody over who said that it would be very difficult. He did not seem confident so I called several others. Most companies did not answer the phone.
When I called Rob he did answer and I explained the job and my concerns. Rob assured me he had completed hundreds of installations in high rises and could get it done. I booked an appointment, Rob showed up with an assistant and had my TV mounted.
He also went over several issues as far as spacing the height of the TV mount and his experience with his other clients.

Meet the Business Owner: Rob W.
Rob completed the School of Construction and the Environment
Electrical Foundation program in 2002. He then went on to earn a Bachelor's or Arts in Political Science from UBC in 2006. While attending UBC he merged his electrical education with his love for electronics to form Vancity HD Technologies Ltd. Rob and his crew are constantly taking CEDIA approved courses to stay up to date on the latest HDTV, and security camera technologies.
