The location is good and they stock all the food, toys, treats, and accessories I could ask for, but my enjoyment and willingness to go in greatly depends on who is on shift at the time. There is one woman who seems really nice, a couple others who are just indifferent, and one who's like a bit of snotty cow.
If I can avoid coming here, I will, unless I'm really in a bind. (The princess must have her royal chow.) For the most part, I'd rather give my money to Prefurred Pet Supply down in Sapperton - they seem happier to have my business.Listed in: It's all about the dog

I have only been in here a couple of times. Mostly when I am looking for something that I can't find at PetSmart. I have had good and bad experiences with the staff at this location. Some are very helpful and one or two have made me feel like they could care less if I was there.

AM glad to see that am not the only one who thinks that some of the staff members should find other work ,since they don't seem to happy being there,at least I think a 'thank you and a hello are just good manners .which am afraid these members are lacking..,I would only go there these days just to pick up some thing heavy ,like kitty litter ,other wise I head to pet-smart.
